I’m an experienced & award winning Newborn Photographer with a lovely natural light studio in Cheshire.
I adore my job, which involves styling sets, baby cuddling, capturing memories, having endless chatter with first time or even third time parents, making brews, and the biggest part is delivering images I hope people will love and cherish for years to come.
I have photographed newborns for around 12 years now. I am fully trained in newborn safety, sleep settling, safe posing techniques, hygiene standards and first aid.

My photography studio is based in Runcorn, Cheshire. Right in the middle of Manchester, Liverpool & all other northwest areas.
I have a huge selection of props, backdrops, wraps, headbands and hats from some of the most exclusive prop suppliers in the uk and around the world.
There is free parking right outside and hot and cold drinks are available throughout your session.
Newborn booking - advance booking - babys arrived already
How does an advance newborn booking work? I only shoot an exclusive number of Newborns a month normally around 12-15. These places can be advanced booked anywhere from your 12-20 week scan.
Slots are secured with a session fee retainer. Your booking is put in the diary under your due date initially. Once your baby arrives you simply get in touch within the first few days, we can then set ‘an exact’ shoot date that works for you and your new arrival.
Do I take baby’s who have already arrived? Yes. If I have availability at the time.

I love simple set ups, soft colour palates, that don’t take away from the main subject - Your beautiful new arrival.
I use soft fabrics, Vintage bowls and props, an array of hats, headbands and accessories to create images that I hope you will love.
I always have a pre shoot discussion to get a better idea of what themes, colours and set ups are your favourite and to your taste.
NEWBORN PRICING
Lets keep things simple I offer two types of Newborn session
All retainer fee’s go back towards your collection. So technically your shoot is FREE.
Full Session
2-3 hour, Parents & Siblings set ups, 8-12 set ups including prop shots, unwrapped posed, wrapped poses, full use of all accessories hats, headbands & wraps)
£95 Deposit - Collections start at £295
Mini Session & Mini Plus
1 hour session, 4 wrapped set ups only, Bowl, Bed, Potato Sack and wrapped side lying.
£45 Deposit - Collections start at £145
FAQ
When is a Newborn Session done?
The prime time for a baby to be photographed for a newborn shoot is under 21 days. Babies at this age can be safely settled to sleep, and posed as they are still flexible from their time in the womb.
What types of products do you offer?
Digital Images (USB & Download), Pro lab prints, Framed Wall art (Single Images and Multi App), Acrylic Wall art, Wooden Wall Spheres, Canvas’s & Albums.
Do you supply all the props & Accessories?
Yes. My studio has a huge supply of stunning Newborn props, including hats, headbands, accessories, wraps and backdrops.
When do I choose and see my images?
About 7-14 days after your shoot you have a personal viewing appointment where you get to see a lovely slideshow of your images. Selection process is extremely relaxed I don’t believe in a hard sell approach.
Where does the shoot take place?
At my newborn studio in Runcorn, Cheshire. Runcorn is about 20-30 minute drive from both Liverpool and Manchester, I get clients from lots of places some people have been known to travel an hour or more. My studio is set up with parents and babies in mind, comfortable seating areas, Hot & Cold drinks area, baby change area, toys for older siblings, on site toilet, perfectly private for breastfeeding and bottle feeding mums.
Do you do Maternity sessions?
Yes I do! I offer Styled Maternity sessions in studio and outdoor. All details can be found on the main website under ‘Photosession Types’. Anyone that books a newborn session can also benefit from a £50 Maternity discount too.
